Shipping limit: UPS picks up at our store 5 days a week, so small items are shipped out within 24-48 hours. All Retro@Home items are sent insured and tracking numbers can be provided upon request. Larger items can be picked up by the packing company and then sent via common carrier. Pickups are made on a weekly basis and are almost always on their way within 5-7 days.
Customer Guarantee: We make customer satisfaction our primary goal. Retro@Home currently sells both vintage and current reproductions. We go out of our way to accurately depict and describe all of our merchandise. However, we must emphasize that all vintage merchandise has been used, and minor wear/sign of usage should be expected. ANY EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION(S) WILL ALWAYS BE NOTED! All "new" merchandise is factory fresh, unused condition.
Return Policy: Due to the nature of the vintage (collectibles) market, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The return process must be initiated within 5 days from the date (with email confirmation from Retro@Home) merchandise was received.
Payment Options: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, JCB, Checks, or Postal Money Orders. Personal checks must clear before shipping (7-10 business days). Wire transfers are acceptable, but are subject to a surcharge. All items ship within 7 business days once payment has cleared and is available to Retro@Home.
Layaways: Layaway for in store purchases only. Yes, we do offer a flexible layaway plan for our merchandise. Furniture items require 50% deposit with the balance to be paid in full in 30 days or the deposit will be forfeited. All other merchandise requires a 25% deposit with the balance to be paid in full in 30 days or the deposit will be forfeited. For multiple purchases "special" terms can be discussed on a case by case basis.
